I cannot make a former member current on the website. I try to delete the [Former Member] at the end of the member name and email address, but the website just keeps saving the member as a former member. Because of this, I cannot assign the member to a role for our next meeting. The member will be bringing his renewal check this Saturday. Does the club website connect to the TI website, so that they know about each other so far as current member dues is concerned?

It sounds as though you are trying to edit the member details in the member listing window. That won't work.

To change the member's status, use the drop-down list just below that window.

Use the drop downs under the contact info pane where it says "Select Individual" and "Select Role". For "Select Role", select Member from the drop down. That should "reinstate" them.

Thank you both. I must have missed that, although I was looking for it. I am currently working on my Macbook Air, and since the screen is so small, sometimes I miss things. Thanks again.
