I don't seem to be able to upload a photo of the members to their own accounts. I have logged in as them and can change their "blurb", but I don't see a button that will allow me to upload a photo of them that would be shown in the "meet our members" section. In the "Edit Your Profile", I see the section that has "Upload Your Photo", but I don't see a button or link to get to a browser window to be able to upload a photo.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide your club number in each post so we can assist you better.

You can also upload pictures in the admin console, membership management. Scroll down to Upload photo for member, select their name, and choose the photo.

sorry, I am the admin for club 745.

I went to admin console, membership Management and went down to the dropdown where "Upload Photo for a Member" is located. I selected a member, but do not see a button or hyperlink to allow me to upload the photo. I update to the latest flash to see if that made a difference, but no luck. Anything else you can suggest? After I select a member from the drop-down list, how do I actually upload a photo of that individual?

club 745
I was out of pocket for a month but am getting back to updating our website. I am still not able to upload member photos. I updated to the latest version of the flash player and have tried accessing member management from Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox to see if the admin console looked different. I select the member from "member Management" in the Admin console in the upload photo section, but I still do not see a button, hyperlink, or anything else that will allow me to point to the photo I want uploaded. Any ideas on what to try next?

The directions in Member Management in the admin console say "First select the member from the dropdown menu, then upload a photo from your MAC or PC. The photo will be resized to 100px x 100px and cropped as a square image" but I do not see how to upload a photo.

thank you

So you do not see a Select Photo button directly under the Upload Photo For A Member?

correct. I do not see a "Select Photo" button. Any ideas why this might be the case? I have attached a snapshot of the screen.

I installed the latest version about a month ago and re-installed the latest version again this morning. i also rebooted the machine to make sure that any changes made were loaded into memory. I have tried running the console using the 3 browsers I have used in the past (Explorer, FireFox, and Chrome).

There is something on your local PC blocking it then.

Do you have Java and java script enabled on your PC?

Is your security software blocking scripts or do you have an ad blocker that blocks flash?

looks like permissions were the problem. I brough up an admin console on a computer with permissions set much lower and I see the upload button. Thank you for all your help figuring out what the problem was.
