OK, It has been more than one month. I still cannot access the club admin function to update details and add new members to our mailing list.

I was getting an error message that apparently did not like the email address for site admin. It suggested I change the official club contact email on the TI site ... done!

Now, when I try to login and click on the "forgot password" link it tells me that an email has been sent immediately and to contact ToastmastersClub Support if not received. NOT RECIEVED and getting very frustrated.

Please assist me to get a new password so that I can update our website.

RogerM Visitor	As long as the TI site is correct, you can submit a change form and you will be sent an admin change. www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/

I don't know what is happening!

The TI information is correct yet I can't enter anything on the change form and submit it. See attached PDF with screen dumps.

First I get an error message when I enter the club number. Then if I close that message and complete the form, I get a greyed out submit button.

Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello again.

I have been the admin since setting up the site, which is why I was surprised that the password no longer worked.

I finally received an email. Unfortunately, I clicked the "authorise" link before reading carefully. It appears that the email in the FTH records is a similar address to one I held with my old ISP.

So, now I don't know what to do.

My personal TI email address is correct. The club email contact address is the same.

I still cannot regain access to the admin functions. HELP!
