I am trying to log on as the admin and have forgotten my password. I am getting this: A login key was sent to the administrator e-mail address on file. If you do not receive it right away, contact ToastmastersClubs Support.

It never gets to me or the old administrator's email :S
.
Also, when members try to join they get the same message but no one in our club gets the email: hank you. Please check your e-mail for your authentication key and instructions..... but know one ever gets an email.

This was a former club that has changed locations and names so we are thinking this message is going to someone who doesn't check their email and or is out of the club by now.

please help!

There are no emails listed in the website for any members, therefore no one can receive an authentication.

The only email listed is the old email address for Mike.Michels as admin.

If you need to change admins, make sure the information is correct at the Toastmasters International site, then submit a change request. www.toastmastersclubs.org/change/
