Hello,

I will be leaving our company at the end of July. I am our club's webmaster, but need to hand off duties to another officer. Is it only the VP of Education and Secretary can be the club webmaster? If not, how should I go about handing this role off to the next club officer. She needs her own webmaster login credentials.

Anyone can be appointed as the club webmaster. There are some clubs that have webmasters that are not members.

Have the person who will be the new webmaster complete a change request.

Marilyn,

Any member of the club's choosing can be the website administrator. All you need to do is give the new administrator your admin password, have them log in, launch admin console, click on administrator information, change the contact information and password.

Again, any member can be the website admin, it does not have to be an officer. I recommend that at least 2 members have administrative access to the website, in case one of them wins the lottery.
