I am a newly installed VPE and am attempting to edit our agenda. However I am unable to do so, help!
I have access to only 4 icons & believe that I should have access to more editing tools.
I'm unable to add people into the agenda.

Please add your club number to each request, in case we need to look at your site to see what's happening. (You can add your club number to your signature, and then you don't have to worry about it in future.)

You are correct that the VP Ed should see more than the four icons. A possible reason for your problem is that the site administrator hasn't defined you as VP Ed in the membership management area.

I am listed in the International TM website as VP Education. Does this also need to be done on our club site?
How do I add a signature?

To add a signature, click on Update Profile near the top of the page, then on the Edit button at the extreme right-hand end of the bar where your name is. Then select the Profile Information tab, scroll down to the bottom, and fill in the Signature field.

Officer details need to be added separately to the club website. Currently, it looks as though last year's officers are still listed. Once that's fixed, you should find that you're able to edit the agendas.

Our VP PR (site administrator) is unable to change officer roles. Maureen Cipolla makes the changes, selects Save, goes back & nothing has been changed. Any thoughts. She is a new officer.

You cannot change the tags in the contact info box to change the roles. It will not "take" if you do that.

You have to use the two drop down fields under that box to change them and click save after each.

She might be trying to make the changes directly in the member listing box.

To change the designation of individual members, she needs to select the drop-down list below the member listing box. I.e. select member's name, then select designation, then save.

Edit: Steve beat me to it!
