How do I send out a blanket email without sending an agenda?

Log in as a member, and click on "Club Email Addresses".
The email address you should use is listed in the window that pops up.

OK, that leads me to one last question: there appears to be two selections I could use, the first one:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or the address next to the admin, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
A bit confusing as to which is more appropriate/effective.

the members will go to all members in the club. the contact will only go to the 3 designated members listed in default forms. This is typically used by non-members trying to get information from your club.

This brings up a To: address in my Outlook account. With this could I attach the document & it would source the members addresses?

As long as you use an email account that you have listed in FTH2, you can send an email to the members. If it is not Outlook, then you need to use a different account.

But yes, you should be able to send an attachment.

DO NOT USE BCC.
