Hello,

I am a new officer looking for assistance in updating our officer roles. I am the site administrator and have access to update and maintain the website. I am currently in the membership management portion of the site and can make changes and receive a confirmation once I hit the save button. Once I reload the page the old information still seems to be populated. Please advise.

You have to use the two drop down fields under that box to change them and click save after each.

I followed those steps and the " save " is not working? Secondly, I need assistance to grant website access permission to my new VP of Education?

Could it be that my permissions are not granting me the proper access?

Maureen,

I was able to go to your website as an Admin and switch you to be the Immediate Past President, save, and then switch it back to Renee, save, without any issues. What browser and version # are you using?

The officer assignment is done only with the two drop downs and the save button. Nothing is done in the contact info box.
