Current webmaster's e-mail account is no longer active. I would like to be set up as the new webmaster for Des Plaines Toastmaster club 1645 but I currently cannot access the web site to administer it. When I tried to submit a webmaster change request, Free Toast Host named two e-mail addresses which will be used for approval of the request: This email address is being protected from spambots. The Free Toast Host message went on to state that, if an e-mail address is not valid, I needed to update our club's contact information with Toastmasters International. However, Toastmasters International has a record of only the first e-mail address and not the second. Therefore, how do I go about setting up another e-mail address in Free Toast Host to replace This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.?

The change of admin can be authorised from either of the email addresses.

Once you are in, change the administrator details in the admin console (administrator information in the drop-down list). It's probably also a good idea to change the password at the same time. Once these details are saved, FTH has the updated information.

The second email is the one that is currently recorded on the FreeHostToast2 website. If the owner of the one at Toastmasters International cannot authorize the change, then any member of your executive committee can change the contact information at Toastmasters International and you will need to resubmit a change form. Only one of the emails listed needs to click on the approval request, not both.
