Whichever setting I use the time generated is always 7 minutes. (Tried 3-5 minute, 8-10 minutes, 10-12 minutes). Any solution to showing the correct time?

Ivan:

I would guess your talking about the agenda.
Are you talking about the default agenda or dated agenda?

What are you doing when you see this fixed time?

Thank you,

Hi Brian,

Sorry, I was cryptic. I'm generating a dated Agenda (for today) and for the first time I needed to use the non-manual speech choices. I enter the time slot wanted, but even after a page refresh, it always shows a 7 minute time slot. See Speaker 3 on the attached.

Many thanks,
Ivan

You need to edit the agenda and then edit the speaking role to change the time. Selecting a speech does not automatically change the time of the speaking role.

Ah, got it! Thanks, Brian.

I actually knew that, but I haven't done a web-based agenda for a long time and I forgot all about it. Use it or lose it....

Cheers,
Ivan
