Good Morning,
I requested a new freetoasthost site on Saturday, i.e. 2 days ago. i have checked the email registered as our contact and he has checked his inbox but he has still not received an email to confirm the site request.
How long should this take and what happens if he does not receive an email?

Thanks for getting back to me. He has checked his junk folder. he is using a hotmail address so not sure if that causes issues.
as of this morning he has still not received an email.
what else can we do?

At this point, the only thing to do is to make absolutely sure that the email address at Toadtmasters International is correct. Hotmail should not be an issue.

If it is wrong, any member of the executive committee of your club can modify the contact by logging in on the Toastmasters International site, click on club central, then update My meeting information.
