I am sure there must be a way to create agendas for weekly meetings more quickly and efficiently than one at a time for an entire year! HELP! Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 11647 Thank you received: 3880	You create the default agenda and use that to create each dated agenda, with a default agenda it takes 7 clicks to create a new agenda. Most people do not administer 4 clubs. Plus the VPED can create and modify agendas, you as the administrator do not have to do it. I appreciate that I am administering more clubs than usual, but it would seem to me to be a good idea to have the agenda creation available with one click since most clubs do follow the same agenda each week. I do administer these to help the clubs to actually USE the website to plan and sign up ahead of time. By getting all the agendas prepared for the year, we can adjust for any special meetings easily.

Thanks for your response. I do know how to add an agenda but thought there must be a better way.
