How do I modify an agenda that is already created? For instance our agenda had to be altered to reflect 4 speakers instead of 3. Then with a cancellation we had to delete one. Only when I deleted one, the numbers are not quite in place. With speech # 2 deleted the speeches number 1, 3, 4. How do I change the numbers?

Since I did not set up the system and am just learning the answer to this question would be a big help. I've poked around for hours without figuring it out.

Please do not jump on another person's thread. It causes them to also get notifications for all replies directed at your post.

Sorry, there is no renumbering feature or anything like that... You will need to edit your agenda and add a Speaker #2 and then delete Speaker #4 and then you will need to move the people signed up around appropriately.
