Under administrator agenda settings, what does it mean when you select: "Recipient of replies to agenda notifications"

Joe,

It means "Who do you want to receive the replies to the agendas that are sent to members?" Does the club want it to go to all members, the VP-Ed only, the VP-Ed and the meeting Toastmaster, the officers and the Toastmaster, or all members?

An "agenda notification" is the email that is send out via the Email Agenda button in the agenda screen. Just like any other email, the recipients of the emails sent via Email Agenda may elect to reply to the emails. Since the agenda notification email is basically a system generated email, the replies need to be routed somewhere since the system itself cannot do anything with the replies. Therefore, when you make a selection via the "Recipient of replies to agenda notifications" drop down, you are basically telling FTH2 to whom it should route any replies that come back from the Email Agenda feature.
