devonport Topic Author Visitor	We are trying to build a website for this club # 1477740 We have lost the password. We have requested the new access code be sent to the administrator but we also don't have access to that email anymore. Is there any way to reset this and start a new website for our club please

The reset email is sent to the current admin email *and* to the contact email address listed on the TM Find a Club page. You can update the latter email address via Club Central. (do that first)

After updating the club contact email address via Club Central, submit a change request.

Look for the reset email at the club contact email address.

devonport Topic Author Visitor	Hi Steve, I'm following up on the admin access issue. Iv'e been forwarded a login key via the current admin but this just sends me to our club page. There is no option of update email here. only way I can do anything on this page is to login in as admin....? Can you confirm address for club central. Do I need to login as a member to carry this out? Thanks. James

If you got the key as a link in email, you should just be able to click it. After you click it, you should be routed to your website and already be logged in as an admin. (The link effectively bypasses the formal admin login.) What that allows for is that you can open the admin console and change the password directly in the admin console via the administrator information page.

RogerM Visitor	James, Simon is listed as the admin, with the devenport email address. If you click on the link that was forwarded to you, then change the password, you can then click on the launch admin console link. Click on administrator information, and change the contact information there.
