How do I post meeting minutes to our website if the minutes are in an e-mail ?

If you are using Microsoft Word and a PC follow these instructions:

Open word and your email. Highlight the email contents, then press the Ctrl and C keys at the same time.

Go to the Word document, and press Ctrl and V at the same time.

Click on File, Save As, name the document (I use this format 2013-07-23) and choose PDF. Make sure you know what folder you have placed the file in.

Then in FTH2, as an admin, in file manager, upload the file.
