We have a member that was originally added with his correct, full name. Apparently he was re-added but without using his FULL name. The correct entry is:

R. Carter McCree This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 4153083547 [Officer: Vice President Public Relations]

the incorrect entry is:

Carter McRee This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

I know that if you delete a member that their role history is deleted too. Can you tell if the second, incorrect entry, has any role history associated with it? If not, I can just delete it. Otherwise, how should I handle this?

RogerM Visitor	If you click on Meeting Agendas, the Role reports, select that person's name, you can see if the have any history.

Which name has been used the most in the agenda this is the one you do not delete

Delete the one that has not been used in the agenda or has been used the least.

Then change JUST the name of the one you want to keep, and save.
Then change JUST the email address and save.
