We're having an issue with members being accidentally moved around from agenda roles. Is there a way--an audit trail-- to track who is doing this? Most likely it is user error, but it is causing some concern.

Second issue. Is it possible to disable unused Member menu items like Private Member Directory and Member Downloads?

There is no audit trail, but the only people who could do that are. The site admin, the Toastmaster of the day and the President/Chair or the meeting.

Those items that can be turned off are identified on the club settings page of the site admin console.
