Could you please advise how to completely delete a member? I have followed recommendations in the post above and didn't succeed. It seems to be a server side issue.

In Membership Management panel of admin console, there are some duplicate records and past members, who we want to delete. When I remove their entries, I get a deletion confirmation message with Delete and Cancel buttons. Regardless of which button I press, I find myself back to the previous screen with no effect.

We would like to be able to delete certain entries from that list.

For example, there is an entry "L This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. [Guest]" which was created by mistake. How can I delete it? There are many others I would like to remove.

Yes you should be able to delete users on your own.

What member were you trying to delete?

Looks like you cannot add users with jut 1 character names. Please do not re-add L.

I have just tried to delete one outdated record in Membership Management and faced the same issue. After pressing Delete button, I am back to previous screen with no changes saved. Could you please advise? I can not come back to this post every time we need to delete members from the database...

Some of our members can not access the site. Their IPs are 113.10.27.103 and 113.10.12.102. I have read in some threads that certain IP ranges are blocked for security concerns. Would it be possible to unblock them? We would like our website to be accessible to all our members.

Please tell me what member you tried to remove, we are trying to find out why your having this issue.

Seems your members are using a cable ISP that supports hackers. I have removed the ban but it can reappear if the server is attacked again.

I have just unsuccessfully tried to delete Eric Thorpe. There are quite a few records that should be deleted. But the problem persists if I try to delete any record in the list.

Please Private Message me with those records that need to be removed. We are still working on finding out why this is a problem.

As Brian notes, this issue is something we are currently trying to determine the cause of.

Some questions for you that may help us sort this out:

When you attempt the deletions, you do not get any error messages whatsoever, correct?

Are all the people you are trying to delete Guests?
(Looking for a pattern or something they have in common...)

If you add a fake member (any distinct name and email), Save, set them as a Guest, Save... can you then delete them without a problem? We are doing this without any problems on our end.
