Under individual officer emails within the club email address tab, the "President" contact email is no longer available. How do I as the administrator add that email back? The email used to show up as "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.". I do not know what happened since the president noticed it was no longer there.

Diana,

1. Log in as that member using their username and the admin password.
2. Check whether the following checkbox (about half way down in the profile) is checked:
Do NOT create a public officer alias for me

If it is checked, then the officer email address will not be available.
