Both our new Club Treasurer and I have attempted to update the information on the Semi-Annual Dues Notice / Collection section of the Site Administration console. We have made the changes we needed, clicked on both the "SAVE DUES NOTICE INFO" button (halfway down that section) as well as the "Update Changes Only" button (at the bottom of that section). The changes do not save. Unlike other pages in the Site Administration console, this one does not have a "SAVE" button at the bottom right next to the "CLOSE" button.

Please help us understand what extra steps we need to take to make the changes we need.

Sorry! I thought I had my club number in my FreeToastHost signature per the instructions. It is 1582927. I'm currently running on IE8, Version 8.0.7601.1754CO. I'm not sure whicb browser our Treasurer, Brian Stokeld, is using.

please check your IE cookie settings to this FAQ

make those changes, log out and log in and try the Dues application again

Brian,

I made those changes, logged out of our club website, logged off of IE, used the tool to be sure I had entered the correct information for cookies, logged back into the club website.... Still can't make the changes to the Dues Management page "stick."

Are you going in as the admin or the Treasurer?

Do you have the FireFox browser installed ou might want to try that.

Brian,

I have been going in as the adminstrator. Brian Stokeld has been going in as the Treasurer. Does that make a difference?

I do not have the FireFox browser. In the past (and perhaps it was the earlier version of the FreeToastHost website), at another club, we had no problems with this and were able to make the changes whether administrator or Treasurer, using IE. Seems to be this could become quite problematic if it only works correctly with FireFox now.

I added an * to Line 3 of the address using IE8
