Augusto,

Hopefully RogerM will chime in here at some point. He has an excellent approch using a web based form that can send an email to your contact us email address (tied to the 3 people you decide to recieve it in the Admin Console) or where ever you decide.

As far as the Officers page goes, I would recommend that you look into the Meet Our Members Page. It is tied directly to the member profiles, and it puts the Officers at the top of the page. You only need to have your members profiles be set to public so that they will appear on the Meet Our Members page.

Otherwise, you can create a custom page to put list your officers in, but there is not a way to link it to the member info at this time.

Lastly, if you use the built in online agenda system, the agendas are tied to the meeting date. You can read how to set up the agendas in the online documentation.

I have code for the attached screenshot in the second attachment.

This was created for Club Laguna TorreĆ³n but can be easily modified for other clubs.

Note that the email address and subject need to be corrected in the source code.
