TOPIC:

When users go to our website and click "Member Login" it presents them to enter their login credentials but once the user clicks Login the screen turns White and never login. This only happens on Internet Explorer 10. However I can click "login as site admin", enter my credentials and get in with no problems. This wasn't as big of a deal until Microsoft started including IE 10 as a windows Update, now members are having problems. I have followed the instructions located about changing the IE settings and that did not work. I have added the club site as a Trusted Site, restarted the browser and that did not work. Is this a support browser??

update. When I ran Fiddler on the site it stop with the message:

This response did not set any cookies.
This response did not contain a P3P Header.

I deleted my cookies and restarted the browser, still no dice.

I have been using IE10 with my club's website for a while without any issues except for the bogus warning issue which we already fixed.

I am able to log in to your website fine with Opera, which is what I use with club websites that are having problems.
I will check with Firefox later.

It may be something in your content that IE10 does not like. Brian may have some ideas, also.
I will continue to investigate also and see what I can figure out for you.

The problem is specific to IE as others browsers such as Firefox, chrome and safari work without a problem.

Do we have an update on this. I am a member of another club that is having the same problem.

It is just weird that it only shows up for your people with IE10. That is why I think it is something in your content.

any help would be great on this. we have had to go back to a manual sign up sheet because we can't get the site the work. I have followed the support documents, which tells me to enable all cookies and well and deleted all history and event reset the browser. I'm not updated to IE 11 and I still get the spinning wheel once I click login. However, if I login as the admin, it works with no problem.

What browser and version are you using?

This was an issue with an updated code library--the weird thing is that it only showed up for you... at least that I know of (?). Very strange.

hey guys, this issue has been resolved however, we lost the agendas for the 19th and 26th, plus I don't see any agendas before Oct. 8th
