Hello I am with club 742749 Kroger Food for Thought. Our treasurer Carlton Hemphill is unable to access our club website. He is getting emails when we use the club email group but he is not receiving the authentification email when signing into our club website and leaving the password blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have re-triggered the authorization email and i can see it was delivered to your company email server. You will have to ask your IT department what they did with it if you have not received.

Hi Brian, actually Rob Rouse was our former Treasurer. Carlton Hemphill is our new Treasurer and he is the member having the issues. I have made the designation switch on our website. His email is: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The authorization email has been delivered to gmail it is probably in his spam/junk folder
