I have a member who can not login into our club website. I have checked and he is listed in the member section with the correct email address.

Need specifics in order for us to investigate.

Give me either the member's first or last name (whichever is more unique for your club).

What browser are they using? Were they trying to log in from the home page or some other page on your website?

The last name is Reid and he is prompted to enter his email or name, select my name and after clicking :Authenticate/Login" toald an authentication link will be email. He never receives the email.

Not sure what browsers he tried, do some of them not work?

Ok, he needs to check his junk mail/spam folder.
Sometimes the authentication link emails end up in a user's junk mail folder.
Not our fault... we do not control each user's junk mail filter settings.

As far as browsers, we always need as many details as you can provide us when you are having issues. Do not assume that there is a problem with a specific browser. Frequently, we don't know there is an issue with a specific browser until we discover there is an issue with a browser. However, we need as many details and information on the specific circumstances (including browser and browser version) so that we can do a thorough investigation and increase our odds of actually determining if there is an issue on our end and what the most probable cause may be.

Most of the time, it tends to be user related issues. However, not always.

have him check his junk or spam folder as well.

i can see the authentication emails being delivered to his email address
