An email is not getting sent for user 00295623 when he clicks on Authenticate on login screen with empty password from club number 2556863. Can you please help?

His mail service is rejecting the email. He needs to talk to his IT group

The user still cannot log in. He has requested a full log with IP address from toastmasters. This is requested by the IT support team.

The reason they cannot log in is they have not received the authorization email that contains the link to set the password.

our mail server is 50.19.253.65

Helpdesk has added “toastmastersclubs.org” to the white list. They have also added TM mail server is 50.19.253.65. But none of us are receiving mails. Can you please check let me know if there is anything else we can do at our end.

Can you have your corporate IT check to see if any emails from the @toastmastersclubs.org domain are still being caught in the corporate spam filters? They should have some type of quarantine folder(s) somewhere. It would be helpful if we got some feedback on what exact characteristics of the emails triggered the spam filter if that is actually the case.

We are also seeing what appears to be spam filter related issues for another club... I am wondering if there was a corporate spam filter software upgrade that everyone just recently got. :pinch:

You may have to resort to requiring your club members to only send and receive club related email from their personal email accounts (e.g., get totally off the corporate email system)... thay may be your only solution in the short term if you cannot get things worked out with your corporate IT.

for some reason your company mail servers are not connecting

This is what I have from the helpdesk, attached is a screenshot of the error:

I think the issue is that the Toastmasters server is trying to send the mail using TLS “Required”. If they can set it up to not send TLS Required, I think it will work. Can we have them do that?

Toastmasters International is not a factor or involved in the FreeToastHost implementation in any way, shape, or form. (it is a common misconception)

I have looked into this. We are not explicitly doing anything with TLS.
We would actually have to add additional code to support TLS.
