Just a few minutes ago I updated our Website and found out that ALL OF OUR FORMER MEMBERS ARE GONE!! The only 2 that are left in the list are members that won't be back but I just put them as Former Members. What in the world happened? I know I DID NOT ERASE THEM, we had about 30 at least.

I went back after deleting everything in "history" followed advise that you suggested, I still see Evette and Holly, the ones I put today as former Members, the rest are gone.

I did everything, they suggest at Browsing the site and logging in

I had this computer for the last 6 months, windows 8. I don't like it very much, but I have learned how to use it.. Also , I donwnloaded Mozila Firebox, because TI and your Website wants me to use it.

I still don't know what caused all the former members to disappear!

I was looking earlier today, and was going to ask our lead support to look into this.

If things disappeared, it would have been all of the membership list, not a partial.

in order for that many to disappear they would have had to be deleted.

Is it possible that someone was doing a copy of the former members and instead of pressing Ctrl C, pressed Ctrl X ?

I have a question: is it possible to send an email to former members through the Members email? Otherwise, what would be the reason to keep former members? Thank God I use ClubScheduler, www.clubscheduler.com/ and it keeps former members.

yes, you can send emails to former members by using the email address listed in the club email addresses.

If you have a backup copy or spreadsheet of former members, you can add them back in, but you would have lost all of the agenda and role history for those members.

The last time we had a problem, some emails had been messed up, I couldn't figure out who would do something like that, so I changed the password, we are a group of very serious people, I have to trust the board with the password, is anyway for you to find out who has entered in the last week?

Do you mean send an email to former members one by one? I mean: Can you send and email to former members using the Member's address form the Website?

You can copy in a group of members, as long as the information is in the correct columns of the spreadsheet. You would have to set each one as former member individually though.

As far as knowing who logged in as admin, no there isn't a method of knowing which admin logged in.

OK, this THREAD has the right name, ANOTHER MYSTERY. I hope it will help others, sometimes I wonder if I should be managing the website, I seem to get problems that can not be solved. All I can tell you is I am a very careful person. I do appreciate, you tried to help me. I will copy this thread and send it to the Board in our Club, just in case someone did something to cause this problem.

Great!! I didn't know that. Where in Website is that information? I never saw it.

If you log in as a member, in the members only menu, click on Club e-mail addresses

I had never scrolled down on the Club email addresses on Website!! Now I know.

I HAVE SENT THIS EMAIL TO OUR BOARD:
Please take a look at the thread on the Support of our Website. In the last 6 months we have had several problems, I changed the password, and gave it only to our Board. Yesterday I found out all our former members have disappeared. It is possible to invite our former members to something special with only one address, I don't know how to use excel program to reinstate them. If someone knows please tell me so we can reinstate all of them, we have a list of ex-members in our ClubScheduler.
