I have tried to update our club DNS because I do not believe it was set up correctly when our club converted to Toast Host 2.0. Not all of our members are able to use the email system or to send emails through the club site. When I reviewed our club settings with our DNS provider (Go Daddy) I can see the fields for redirecting our mail/website are not filled in. When I type in the addresses you have provided under documentation, I get this error - "Invalid TLD Error". I have checked and rechecked the instructions you have provided and know that I am typing in the information correctly. Is there anyone familiar with the format I need to follow using Go Daddy? I had to back out and leave things as they were so as not to disrupt the email capabilities that are available to some of our club members, but hope to get it functional for the entire club. Thanks for your suggestions.

You will need to get specific on who is not receiving email.

Thank you for your reply, I tried to send a follow-up earlier, but I'm not sure it went through. I am the Web administrator for Shoreline Speakers, but I am not able to send the agenda to the club group through the club Website Shoreline Speakers.com - some members can. When I attempt to send the agenda, I get a message the agenda was sent, but it does not go to any of the club members emails, including mine. I have to cut and paste and send through my Verizon account. I know other members are having issues with their email, but not every member is having a problem. I was advised by a contact at District One that perhaps our DNS needed to be redirected to the Toast Host Router. I tried to follow the Toast Host instructions on the Go Daddy Settings page for our club, but came up with a Invalid TLD error. If you have any suggestions for how I can use the club email, I would greatly appreciate it.

I just sent out your agenda and i can see it being delivered to all of your members. Did you remember to put the tick in "Send to all club members (including TM and VPED)"
