I am helping a club adminstrator get into his website. He had signed in earlier this year and made some changes. Now when he tries to log in he can't and he has tried the password reset. It doesn't forward the password to his email ....and he has verified his email is correct at TI. Not sure if someone tried to hack into his account or what.

Should he just follow the steps to change the administrator back to him? This can get very frustrating! I am the Club Fitness Coach for D28 and am working with the clubs on the website. His club is Toastmaster Titans @ Nissan in Farmington Hills.

kerry37 Topic Author Visitor	Thanks for quick response! It is Toastmaster Titans....Club # 2798106.... hmm. that is what it says on the TI website. He just wrote me that it is 2853713.... maybe this is the problem. Not sure but I will check it out, too! Thanks!
