Our website administrator understands that she has entered our email addresses into the system. I can access the toastmasters.org international website, but when I try to log into the local club site (City Talk Toastmasters, Club #5713) I get the message to type in my email address and click my name from the list of members. However, when I type in my email address, it is not recognized and my Toastmaster ID is not provided. I believe this is the case for several other members of the club.

What else needs to happen for me to be able to access the members only portion of our club website? I am the Vice President Education, and would like to be able to access the "Meeting agenda" portion of the site before my term expires.

Thank you for your assistance.

Lloyd:

Your name and email address haven't been entered into the members list. You'll need to ask the site admin to do this for you, and also to assign you as VP Ed.

That is probably the case for the other members you mention.

Incidentally, the ID number that comes up when a member logs in to a club site is NOT their TI member number, so do not expect them to be the same.

Spare yourself anxiety and Backup your site regularly.
