As administrator, how do I reset a users password so they can change it? A user forgot their password and can not get into the site. I do not see anywhere to reset it for them.

It is a self reset.

They type in their name, choose their name and number, then press the authenticate/log in button. They then check their email (including their junk folder) for the authentication key.

If you forget or wish to change your password, leave the password box empty, just as you did when logging in for the first time.

Got it, thanks.
