Hi,
A member of club 530, sent an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on Thursday, October 10, 2013 2:33 PM, PDT. The "From" address is the same as she has in the member directory. Nobody received the e-mail. Other members used the list successfully before and after that.

What can be the problem?

Was the list address the only address in the TO or CC? No BCC right? (BCC is not supported)

The email forwarding system does not like the email list addresses to be combined with anything else in the TO/CC fields.

I will need to know the members first name so i can get their email address to see what the system received.

I can see several others using the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email address and it seems to be working.

That's correct: a few of us have used it successfully.
The member who reported the problem is Kerry.

Also, by any chance does she use any spam software that may be checking/trapping *outgoing* emails?

Not typical for most regular users, but just in case...
