The Officers list for our club is being reported as Spam and I am not able to send an e-mail to this list. I sent to it once today and needed to send a second e-mail to that list about 30 minutes later. That one came back as SPAM. There were no other e-mail address in the TO: field.

Can you please provide some additional details...

1. When you say "is being reported as Spam", who or what is reporting it as spam? Are you saying that your members email providers are flagging it as spam? Or are your members using spam filters on their computers that are getting triggered? Or is your personal software that is trapping outgoing emails? (spam filters can get triggered for outgoing email, also)

2. Are your members using mostly corporate email or personal email accounts? Corporate email accounts tend to have much tougher spam controls. I have been noticing more issues with corporate email systems lately.

In most cases, I think what needs to happen is that 1) the domain toastmastersclubs.org needs to be whitelisted (set as ok) in the spam control software and 2) you need to pay attention to the email message content. Spam filters do get triggered by keywords that are associated with promotional emails. You may want to look over the following: www.takeabreak.com.au/filterproof.htm

Only one of our officers has a corporate e-mail account. I replied to your e-mail with part of the Mail Delivery Failure message. I do not have any spam software and all messages come in to me and are not filtered. The content of the message was just a normal message to officers about our up-coming Executive Committee meeting. The Subject was "Meeting tomorrow".

Yeah, you cannot reply to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. email address. It is just a read only dummy email address used for sending out notifications from the forum that someone has replied to a message you posted.

So the email you got from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. actually was composed the the forum software and just contained my message post as information. I really did not send the email to you, per se.

You have to post message replies in the forum itself.
