Hi,

I am the Admin for WellCare Toastmasters Club (1187415). I have been facing difficulties since last one month in sending "New Member Welcome Message". Earlier when I clicked on the "Save" button the newly added member as well as I used to receive an email.

Neither of us are getting emails now. This is a very crititcal issue as our new members are unable to register or get access to the website.

Please assist me.

Can you give us the first or last name of the new member? (just first or last not both)

Brian will have to check the email logs for your club # 1187415.

In the meantime, your new members can get access by doing the member login without a password.
When they do that, an email with an authorization link is emailed to them.
