What is the solution to this? It has only recently become a problem. It even occurred with a custom page. No apparent problem with Chrome or Firefox.

Most likely the problem is that IE needs some tweaking. Look at the documents for Cache and cookie settings: support.toastmastersclubs.org/docs/new-documentation

Sounds good but didn't work. More and more people are telling me about this. It does not seem to happen when using Chrome or Firefox.....

Please provide your club number so that we can assist you. Also, need which pages are giving you issues, and the first or last name of at least one of the members who are having issues so that I can try to reproduce the problem to discover the source.

BTW, I run IE9 and IE10, myself.

Your issues may be the result of some intermingled code with the soon to be released system update. It will get resolved.

Adding to Brian's excellent insight... I just took his input and fixed the link for you. The page works now although you may want to inspect the mailto: link to see if it is as you wish.

One of the things I am debating is how to best implement some sort of link checker feature for the future... We see a good number of broken and invalid links that cause pages to hang up for clubs. Broken/invalid links are not the fault of the FreeToastHost2 system, but I think there still should be a way to check links sort of like a spell checker, but for links.
