I was looking forward to using the new embeded media feature and it will not accept my YouTube video link. It says "javascriptvoid(0)" in the lower left corner of my browser on my personal laptop then "Error on Page" in the lower corner when I click to upload the link. I tried this on my work laptop with same results. Both laptops run IE / Windows. Any suggestions?

I tried the short & long version of my YouTube vid link & I still get an error of "Media content could not be retrieved. Try a different URL."

Can you please post the exact URL that you attempted? I will take a look.

Are you using the button with the musical notes on it in the editor?

The CKEditor oEmbed plug-in ( ckeditor.com/addon/oembed ) is rated 4/5 stars with lots of downloads, so I imagine there is some logical reason for your problem.

Ok... I just looked and there is an update for the plug-in. I have just installed the update... Can you see if the update now fixes your issue? You probably need to clear your browser cache (or reload your browser) to make sure you are working off the updated plug-in.

Hi Steve,

I cleared my cache and now when you try to make a custom page, the menu is gone and you cannot enter anything into the body of the page.
I accessed IE & Firefox, same thing.
Here is the short YouTube link I've been using:

Thanks for your help on this!

Sandie
