How long does it take to get the freetoast host website after being chartered?

Also once you have a sign on for the free toast host as the admin, how soon to get all members a sign on, so we can start using the website. As there anything I can do as the admin? President?

darren,

To answer the questions about how long, if you have the members information it should not take more than a day or two to get a *very basic* club website up and going.

The key is to do the copy and paste method of inserting member contact information into the website... That is the time saver. You do that by downloading a current roster spreadsheet from Club Central, then editing it so that it just has the name, email, and phone number columns in it. Then you can copy and paste that information into the membership management page of the Admin Console.

Once you add the members to the membership area you will want to send each out the new member welcome email, since it has a link in it to let them get access and a password.
