Hi there, the name of our treasurer is missing from the list of "officers" when a member logs in to the website and wants to send an email through this domain to the officers. She is on the list of members and all the correct information is there, but she is missing from the list of officer. I am not sure how to fix this.

This is how she is entered:

This is the list of the officers - clearly she is not there.

It's quite likely that she's checked the "Do NOT create a public officer alias for me" box.

You can ask her to change this, or you can log in as her (using her user name and the admin password) and change it yourself. If you're thinking of changing it yourself, it's a good idea to check first what her reason was for choosing that option.

Your Treasurer likely checked the box entitled "Do NOT create a public officer alias for me" in her member profile.

She can uncheck it or you can do it for her... I would recommend talking to her about it before doing it for her.

If you do it for her, then you basically select her name in the Member Login, but you use your admin password to basically log in as her. Then you can access her profile and make the change.

The document support.toastmastersclubs.org/docs/item/member-profile has been updated so that it refers to this issue.

The email lists and aliases document has been updated as well.
