No reply is not currently an option. Can you tell us why you want to basically ignore a reply from a member?

The disclaimer is at the bottom of every club/district website (take a look). It has been reviewed and approved by Toastmasters International. No further action is needed by anyone regarding the disclaimer.

Thank you steve for your prompt reply ,the reason we want no reply is that we sometimes send messages to all members ,then the member hit reply and of course it will be sent back to all members where it is a public platform , in many cases it is supposed to be sent only to the
person who sent the original message ,we had some misunderstanding and we want to eliminate this .

About disclaimer we want to add our own disclaimer on the outgoing messages if possible.

Thank you again for your efforts and work.

You can set the way you want the members mailing list to handle replies. There's a choice of "sender" or "all members". Choose "Email & Contact Forms" from the pull-down menu in the admin panel.

Well, we currently do not have a feature for automatically inserting boiler plate text into email messages. Your best bet is to just put together your disclaimer text that you want in your emails and publish that text to your members for use.

If you feel that this would be good as a feature added to FreeToastHost, I would recommend that you post an Improvement Suggestion in the Improvement Suggestions section. If enough people are interested in the same thing, we will look into adding it as a feature.
