Member is Masha Croshaw. She has been a member for a few months. We added her to the system, the system recognized her and sent out a welcome email. She is able to open our website www.woodlandstoastmasters.com

She is recognized by the system when she puts in her name but she never receives the authentication email.

I had her delete her cache, reset the cookies. nada
She tried a different browser. again nothing
We deleted her and reset her from masha crosha This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. same result

I deleted her from the system back to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. which is what she has now.

She never gets the authentication email to set her first password.

She should have received the authentication email, i sent it to her and saw it being received by her mail service.
