5. When posting a New Topic , please include all relevant details and be specific. When did your issue 1st occur? What operating system, browser, & browser version are you using? Did you refresh your browser cache? Are your cookies enabled? Lastly, a screen shot is often helpful.

Please log in or register to see it. The last two times I have received inquiries about our toastmasters club through our "Contact Us" form, an email address we do not recognize appears in the cc of the email. No one in our club has this email address. It is not one of our club contacts. I am concerned that there is some kind of interference with the privacy of our web site email contact form.  Can you please advise us - have you seen anything like this before? How can we prevent this from happening? Thanks very much.
