Hi! I am in club 1908816...White Oak Evening. How do I roll over our agendas (or at least add agendas) so that we can plan for the January 2014 year? I am the website admin but not a club officer. Is this feature something that only our VicePresident Education can do?

Thanks in advance for your help! :)

Susan,

As the website admin, you can simply add an agenda to any date you want by choosing the date for the agenda.

Click Create New, then click the + sign, click in Meeting Date field and click the arrow on the right top of the calendar to move to the next month until you get to the month you want, then click on the day.

I think I got it now. I had been using the admin console, when I should have just started by clicking on the main menu "Meeting Agendas/Create New.

I'll give that a shot.

Thanks, Roger.

Hi, Roger!

I followed your suggestion and was able to create an agenda for our first meeting in January 2014. Now we need to have our dropdown box of meetings show meetings at least from January through June, with two exceptions for a module presentation February 11 and a speakathon in April.

How does the dropdown box of meetings get updated?

Thanks again for your help. :)

For the two that you do not want listed in the dropdown, make them events on the calendar, not meeting agendas. The dropdown will list all future meetings and the past 5.

You will need to add each meeting following the same steps you did for the January 14th meeting. Unfortunately, right now you cannot globally add agendas for every 2nd and 4th Tuesday.
