mhigg Topic Author Visitor	I can log in as an administrator but am unable to create or edit an agenda or anything else on our site. I am VP-PR and didn't have a problem until a few days agos (I waited thinking that there was something being changed on the TM site). I have checked with our company IT and was told that the problem is on TM's end.

RogerM Visitor	Mike, What browser and version are you using? Do you have your cookie settings setup according to the documents in : support.toastmastersclubs.org/docs When was the last time you cleared your browsing history and cache? Do you have the latest version of flash installed?

Bill_E Visitor	I have no issues logging into the site from within the same organization, but I don't have the admin password sice I'm only a secretary. Is there something I can do to help Mike confirm our IT settings without needing admin rights?

Please be more specific. Does that mean nothing happens when you click the Agenda link in the menu? Does that mean that the edit buttons do not work in the agenda screen? *specifics*, please

Is your club VPE able to edit the agendas?

There is no such thing as "admin rights". It is an admin password... Mike can share that password with you if he chooses, then change the password later.

I can log in ok but when I try to creat an agenda or edit a current agenda, nothing happens. This also happens when clicking on the Admin console. I don't get an hour glass or bars at the bottom of the screen. I wait several minutes and still nothing happens. I work for a county government and they are the ones who install software up dates, clear cache, etc. our VPE CAN get on the site and deit ok but she had hand surgery and can't right now. I haven't had this problem until about 4-5 days ago.
