Hello,

I while back I created a words of the week page and was able to format it with bold and underlines, etc. (centering) and copy and paste.
I am unable to that now. Is this option gone now.

The screen may have changed, but you are still able to center everything.

Log in as the admin, click on the link for the Words of the Week page, scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on Edit this Page.

highlight what you want to center then click on the center icon. Look at the attached picture.

Hi
All the options that are coloured in the attachment you provided are faded out and nothing happens when I click on them...... I can't even bold, underline, bullet, etc.

I have done these options many times in the past.

Well, if you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7, those are not supported.

If I have found it correctly, I think I am using Internet Explorer 10.
I have changed cookie settings, as an option to see if that would work, still nothing.
I used the formatting options, a couple of weeks ago.
I just realized I am unable to upload photos using the photo library as well.
I would just like to add to the pages I have created, and use the same format I have been using.

Ok, IE10 is definitely a supported browser.

I am the current system developer and I can dig deep into this if need be. However, I need specifics...

As I understand it, you are having trouble with the HTML page editor formatting icons not showing up when you want to edit page content... Is that correct?

1. Can you please post a screen shot of what exactly you are seeing when the problem shows up?
(Ctrl key + PrtScrn key to put screen on clipboard, then paste it into the Paint app, then save to file, and upload file here.)

2. Where in the system is this issue coming up for you? (Home page editing, Meeting Info/Directions page editing, Custom page editing, etc).

3. Does the problem occur all the time, or just once in a while? Are there any specific circumstances under which it occurs?

Hi Steve,

The issue occurs when I would like to edit and format any pages.

I have had a message appear all the times about the browser being old, and recommend something to do with Firefox...... it worked in the past with this message (this is when I click on admin console )

This is the first this has happened to me. So I am not sure if there is any circumstances that make it occur.

Click on tools, then click compatibility view. See if that helps.

Great catch, Roger! :cheer:

club5260: If you look at the screen shot that you provided... look at the upper left hand corner for the blue broken page icon that shows just to the right of the built-in IE search box. That indicates that IE's "Compatibility Mode" was on before, which effectively "dumbs down" Internet Explorer and disables some of its functionality. Thank you for providing the screen shot.
