Samer,

We have moved your support request to it's own thread so the other member will not receive the replies to your problem.

Wee need to know your club number and which custom page you are trying to edit.

Samer,

Thanks for the screen shot. It helps.

I am typing this reply in Google Chrome Version 31.0.1650.57 m (I normally am in IE)

I was not able to replicate your issue. The editor comes up fine for me for Home Page Editing, Meeting Info Page Editing, and Custom Page Editing. Since we are not getting a lot of people telling us that the editor is not loading for them, I have to assume there is something local on your system that is triggering the issue.

In addition to providing us with your club number and which custom page you are trying to edit, as Roger is requesting... Please try the following:

1. Clear your browser cache to ensure you are running the latest code... see en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Bypass_your_cache for how.

2. If you have a lot of Chome add-ons, try running Chrome with out them to see if it makes any difference. (You could have a conflict with an add-on.)

3. Try a different browser to determine if this is just a Chrome related issue for you, or if it is affecting all browsers you use.

Please reply back here with what you find.
