Hello Support Team.

I am assisting VPE for club 3247 (Lakewood CO) (I am former VPPR and former website admin) with the meeting agenda and template functions. We are trying to edit the meeting agenda template, specifically the role title and description for Sergeant-at-Arms. Can the VPE do this, or must the "official" site admin, in this case, our club VPPR, do this? Please help us, as we really would like to understand the various functions within the meeting agenda settings and use more dimensions of the club website.

Thank you very much! Linda Rinehart, DTM email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

The VP-E or any one with the admin password can edit the agenda templates.

Keep in mind that editing the template will not affect any existing agendas.
