Hi,

On our meeting agenda our member's name are only appearing on the first time their role appears on the agenda, but then after that the role name field is blank. For example as Toastmaster, the member name is listed the first time as Toastmaster, but then each time the Toastmaster is listed on the Agenda the member name does not appear, nor is there is an option to place a name in the field as well.

Correction!!

Follow these instructions:
Keyworded or grouped roles

There are two types of keyworded or grouped roles.

One is used where there are several roles with the same function, held by different people, such as Speaker. You're probably not concerned with how many times someone has been Speaker #1 but rather, how many times they've been a Speaker. Any roles followed by the hash sign (#) are grouped together for reporting purposes.

When deciding how to group the roles, the system looks for the last word before the #. Be careful if you have roles such as "Table Topics Evaluator #1" and "Speech Evaluator #1", or they may be accidentally grouped together as "Evaluator". To avoid problems of this kind, either use hyphens or non-breaking spaces between the words before the hash.

The other is used when the same role, performed by the same member, appears more than once on the agenda. For example, "Grammarian introduces word of the day"; "Grammarian gives report".

When you create these roles, surround the keyword or phrase with asterisks e.g. *Grammarian*, *Contest Chair*. Make sure that every occurrence of this title uses the asterisks.

Make sure also that every occurrence of the role title is defined as a role to which members can sign up.

Hi Roger,

Yes we have setup the President's role to autopopulate on the agenda and that is working. Our issue is with the weekly roles not populating down the agenda. The member name only appears the first time their role is listed on the agenda. I have attached a pic. so you can see the problem.
