Our club website address goes as " 1334805.toastmastersclubs.org"
But I prefer to change it as " ipmtoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org"

What is the procedure for that? Do we have to create a new web site to get this done?

No, you don't. Here are the directions for creating the alias: support.toastmastersclubs.org/docs/item/website-alias

My apologies, I am not sure where the illustration is at the moment.

In the Basic Settings Tab, scroll down to just under the Time Zone and enter the Website Alias there, then save.

Your club number will always work in addition to the club alias.

It is alright.
I found it..
Now I am getting an error message as given below..

" This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the existing "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again."

I read some instructions on web. According to that I have to wait for two hours.
Is there anything that you can do rather than waiting two hours. :) :) :) :)
Plsssss

I need to get this done soon as we are in hurry to publish a new flex

Are you using a custom domain that your club has purchased? If not, simply enter the alias. I entered ipm for you to see how it works at the moment. ipm.toastmastersclubs.org

do NOT put anything in the second box labeled "Custom Website Domain" unless you have purchased a custom domain name from a domain registrar.

Thank you,

I did so. The available domain is this at the moment. "1334805"
It is not a purchased one.

I tried several times as you said.
Just entered the alias "IPM".
But i am not allowed and getting this error

" This domain is not yet pointing to the IP address 50.19.253.65. In your domain registrar's DNS area, modify the existing "A" and "MX" records for this domain, to point to 50.19.253.65, wait the amount of time as specified by your domain host, then try again."

As mentioned above I have modify Domain setting. I can't find how to access Domain Registrar for that

Please help me to sort out this
