Good morning,
Today I have logged on as an admin and tried to access pages located under the "Members only" through the admin console, and I cannot see them, could you please help? I distinctly remember those pages be under the "Custom web pages tab" but they are not there (as per attached screenshot). I cannot figure out what am I doing wrong, many thanks for your help. Olga.

I went to your site and logged in as the admin, and in the admin console I selected the custom webpages, and selected several different pages and they all came up in the editor box.

Everything is working as it should.

Olga,

Your screen shot did not get posted, so we cannot see what you are seeing.

I was able to log into your website and see all of the menu links that you say you cannot see.

If you still have issues, then it would be helpful to us if you are able to post a screen shot.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for your reply!

I have logged out and logged in again, as per Brian 's suggestion. Thank you, I figured it out.
I guess I was not clear about what I needed to do. I only had experience working with HTML and not with google docs. Basically the previous admin had set the links from one of the custom pages that led to the files stored on our shared google drive. I have access to these files, and basically what I want to do is just to link them from the custom pages. Could you please help me?
I guess my problem is that I didn't see any links in the custom page and I cannot figure out why and how those google docs are displayed.

The page in question is Téléchargements
The file on google drive to be added/linked is as follows:
drive.google.com/?tab=mo&authuser=1#fold...CRwMxRnFaVHVKV3NxMUk

The section to be linked to this file is as follows:
Trousse d'information -- Invités

Thank you, Olga

Ok, you need to decide whether you want the Google doc immediately available via a custom link directly from the menu or if you want to create a link to it where the link is inside a custom webpage that you create. Both are possible... you just need to decide which approach you want. Relevant docs: support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/...links-to-other-sites
support.toastmastersclubs.org/component/zoo/item/custom-pages

Next, you will need to load the Google doc that you want to link to and select the blue Share button at the top right of the screen. When you do that, a dialog box will display with the link URL text you will need in your website to create the link to the doc.

Many thanks Steve! I have uploaded the links to google docs, but I am still not sure how to restrict access to editing (I guess it's on the google side, not your?) Thank you again, have a super powerful day, Olga

If you want the Google docs to be view only, then you need to "publish" them. Look on the Google file menu for "Publish to the Web". Use the link URL there instead of the other one for view only access.
