RogerM Visitor	Bill, 1. your website is 7118.toastmastersclubs.org (not www.toastmasters.org) 2. I uploaded a word document named This_is_a_test_document in the public downloads. The method as shown in the docs, is to click on the drop down menu to File Manager. Click on select files, choose the document from your computer. Click the lock to unlock (public) or lock (members only).

RogerM Visitor	Bill, There is no other version of FTH than the one that you and everyone uses. You are on the correct version, there is no upgrade. All upgrades are behind the scenes, with nothing for you to do. Click on the admin console link, then click About. It will show you are on v2.11

RogerM Visitor	Bill, That is because you have some more work to do on your site. Our docs will help you through all of the set up. Examples: You will not see the Meet Our Members until at least 1 member sets their profile to public. You won't have additional links in the menu for some things until you create custom pages.
